set(o) enquiry - help please

my wife was on T1G dependent with me for the past 3 years. I submitted my long residence ilr application in August 2012 with my wife's spouse visa application. recently i got my ilr , but have not heard anything about my wife's application. I just wonder whether we can withdraw that application, booking another PEO, as we need urgent travel. The only problem is her visa has just expired.
