10 Years Long Residency

Is there any news that the 10 Years Long Residency Rule will be
abolished or changed?

It won't happen. Its one of the most robust UKBA policies. A lot of rule changes brought into place rely on it existing. I think it will be around for a very long time. Though they might change qualification criteria.

There is no major change taken place towards 10 years policy at the moment. However, the routes leading to it are getting tightened.

spending 10 years in the UK on variety of visas is not possible for new comers anyways, therefore there is no point to finish this policy, however those who are almost getting there might take some last pieces of cake.
