Hi,
Our kid is less than a year old hence my wife is eligble for free NHS prescription and dental checks so wondering if we utilise these facilities to full use then would that be breach of our immigration stuatus?
My situation combination of work permit and currently tier 1 G and eligible for ILR in June this year.
Thanks.

No, you would not breach the terms of your immigration status by doing so. Please read the information in the link below to understand what is considered a public fund from a UKBA immigration perspective.

Hi,
I just saw this useful post and guidance. I received child benefits from last september to this january and stopped them immediately realising that i shouldn't be receiving them. i have now also spoken with HMRC and asked them that i will pay them back everything penny i have received.
they will write to me to clear off the issue. so when i make my application for ilr (for combined tier 1 and work permit) i will have nothing in debt.
what should i do??!!!
Thanks.
