PEO appointment booked in Mar'13 for date after 6th Apr 2013

Dear experts,
Do we have to pay £100 by calling UKBA if we have booked an PEO appointment [ for SET(O) ] during early Mar'13 for an appointment date in last week of Apr'13?
I know that new rule for paying £100 has come in recently and is applicable from 6th Apr 2013 onwards.
Confused
...Did not wanted to get suprise by UKBA cancelling appointment and hence posting this query if anyone know the answer.
