After watching this documentary, I felt like I'm a victim of UKBA. Because last 5 years, my wife found her passport in her possession for hardly couple of months during her 3 visa extension. Last we sent for ILR on 6th of October 2012, still waiting for outcome. It's ridiculous.

During visa extension, my wife lost her job since last 4 years.
Who is responsible?
We pay service charge (Application charge) for their bad service standard for nothing.
Home Office need to change this system completely.

Sorry to hear about your wife's situation.

I believe it's not only the system but the culture too. It's shown from the top level down to the bottom. We are only the victims all along.
