Hi,

I have a question regarding set 0 form. I do not understand what section to fill in question A7. I was granted HSMP visa on May, 2008 and came to UK on June, 2008, then extended the visa to Tier-1(General) on May, 2010.

"Applications for indefinite leave to remain where an applicant has had leave as a Writer, Composer or Artist, Self-employed lawyer, or as a Tier 1 (General) Migrant under the Rules in place before 6 April 2010"

OR

"Applications for indefinite leave to remain where previous leave as a Tier 1 (General) Migrant was granted under the Rules in place on or after 6 April 2010"

Also, in the PBS calculator, I selected the following options: -

- Select the Tier for which you are applying.
Tier-1 (High Value Migrants)

- Select the category of Tier 1 for which you are applying.
Tier-1 (General)

- Where are you applying from?
Inside the United Kingdom with permission to enter or stay

- What type of application are you making?
Extending your stay in the United Kingdom

- Enter the date of your first successful Tier 1 application.
