Confusion about absences

Hi all,
I know there are plenty of posts on the line i am going to ask my question(s). but just to be double sure, I am asking in a seperate post:
Am on Tier 1 Since Dec - 2007. There is a long absence because of severe illness in 2008 - 102 days (Unpaid leave). After that, there have been absences but more like 20/30 days absences once in a year.
- Is the 90 days absence rule still in place or the new max 180 days in a year has scrapped that rule?
- My total number of absences come out to be 192 in last 5 years (Including the sick leave) - I hope that is not exceeding the total number allowed in 5 years - Am I right here?
