I would like to apply for ILR under the 10 year long residence in July 2013. I not sure which form I should use SET(O) or SET(LR).
Form SET(LR) require a lot documents which I need to send along e.g. Gas, electricity and water bills for each year, council tax letter for each year of my stay, doctors letter for each year of my stay. This are documents which I don’t have because I’ve been renting a rooms and all bill were included and I’m no longer have contact with my previous landlords. I’ve been leaving on my own now for the last 4 years and only have bill for the last 4 years and not 10.
However I have P60 and pay slips covering the full 10 years.
As for Form SET(O) they don’t ask for so much information as SET(LR). Under SET(O) they only ask for all doc under Section 11 A, which I have, Evidence of finance - 3 months worth of payslip or bank statements. And extra document required under 11T e.g. P60.
Please advice.

For 10 years long residency you have to use form Set(LR). Set(O) is no longer applicable to these applications.

Form SET(LR)

You can use form SET (LR) to apply to settle here if you have been legally resident in the UK for a continuous period of 10 years.

If you have passports covering 10 years, then you don't need documents to prove.

Go through the application form and guidance again

Its in simple english on page number 18 set(lr)form

All the passports you have held during this time.
If you cannot provide them all, you must provide the passports you have together with any Home Office letter(s) or other document(s)
granting you leave to enter and/or remain in the UK. You should also provide documents of thetype listed below to show that you were continuously resident in the UK during any periods for
which you are unable to provide a passport

@ z18runway and TheGreenTea, thank you for the information. I’ll use form SET(LR) and sent all my passport covering the 10 years plus letter of employment along with P60 and payslips and doctors letter.
Last question, do I need to send bank statements covering the last 10 years or banks statement for the last 3 months or I don’t have to?
Thanks again.
