ILR application

Hi,
I came to UK before 6th April 2011 in tier 2- Intra company transfer- Established staff. I have switched in Tier 2 general in April 2013. I would like to apply for ILR after 5 years. Does my two years leave will be count , which i spent in ITC, during ILR application.
