LTD comp got notic,,,strik off action,,need urgent hlp plz

Please help me,
i applied ILR through post,today i receive letter by company house that my limited company ,,,strik off notice,,,
what should i do,,,,,is there any penality to restore,,,,if action completed by company house,,,is this dangrous for director,,,mean
i will be gratful if anyone reply ASP,,i am much worried

There are two ways for a company to be restored to the register. The first is by a court order and the second is by Administrative Restoration.

There are two ways for a company to be restored to the register. The first is by a court order and the second is by Administrative Restoration.
It could only be a potential issue if you were required to have that Limited Company for the purpose of your ILR.

Thanks for your help,,,,,,yes i had applied ILR on the basis of this company,,director dividend
