9 days Short fall in 5 years For ILR

Dear all,
I did get BRP recently via post as my 1st extension for 2 years, but unfortunately I will not complete 5 years in 2015. Please find the details are below
I did get Tier [1] General from 26/04/2010 valid until 26/04/2013 for 3 years
and now I got Tier [1] General extension from 17/04/2013 valid until 17/04/2015 for 2 years. So it is 9 days short for 5 years.
BRP Error team advise me to contact case worker via letter [no phone number or email id given ].
Could anyone help me on this please.
