ILR - 5 Years P60.. First Year Issue

Hello,

I am going to apply ILR application in few weeks time.

I have complied all of my documents and found previous 5-years P60 including this year. (2008/2009, 2009/2010, 2010/2011, 2011/2012, 2012/2013). I applied the tier 1 visa bases of salary more than £20,000 in my initial application and received 15 points. After first year of Tier 1 visa my salary was below 20,000 (Around 18,600) and later 4-years in more than 20,000.

Did I need to maintain the salary more than what I showed in my tier 1 initial application?

Do you think I need send all the 5-years P60 including the first year where it is showing lower salary compare to initial application time. I do not want to send it if it is not helpful for my application.

Is it necessary to provide the evidence you earned the higher salary throughout years than the initial application. Please advice on this issue.
Thanks

Valeed.

UKBA do not require you to submit p60 for all five years. its up to u if you wants to show them or u can choose not to.

Salary is not an issue there isn't not any requirment that salary has to be higher/equal than that showen at the time of previous T-1 application.
Your salary/income should give you the points you need for ur application, no matter what is the amount of salary compare to your previous applications.

Do you thing P60 are not required. It is upto me if I provide those or not and salary above/equal from Tier 1 G initial application is not necessary.

Please experts advice on this issue. Thanks,

In agreement with the earlier advice to you, P60 and emplyment history from HMRC are not required if you are applying for ILR under Tier 1 general but they are required if you are applying for ILR under WP, i.e work permit.
