I am applying for SET (M). I am on a spouse visa currently (Wife is british). The SET (M) form asks for a Home Office Reference Number & BRP Reference Number.

Where would I get this information?

It also asks for my Wife's Home Office number. But she is a British citizen by birth. She says that she does not have one or may be not aware of it. Should I leave her information blank.

Please help.

you can find the home office reference number on your latest visa letter.

brp reference number is on right top of brp card.

leave her home office reference number blank.

Thanks, mate.

but the only Visa information I have is the Spouse Visa Stamp on my Passport. I didn't get anything else in the form of a letter.

Neither do I have a BRP Card. I was only Finger printed during my Visa Application procedure at the VFS office in Mumbai, India.

Any help?

you can leave the home office reference number blank as it says
Home Office reference if you have one
if you havent given BRP you can leave it blank too. But you have to fill the 6.7 - 6-10.

Even the visa stamp must be bearing some reference number on it. you can write it too or leave this as blank.
