Immigration First Tier Tribunal Decision Pending

Hi

We had hearing (related to spouse visa) three weeks before at first tier immigration tribunal, but did not get the decision yet. We have been told by the Judge that we will get the decisin within 10 days. When we asked the tribunal about delay, they replied that the decision is on pending.

I wonder what does that mean? And why did the judge took more than 10 days to decide though he promised to do so within that time?

I would appreciate any ideas/suggestions.

Thanks.

Pending: Not yet decided or settled; awaiting conclusion or confirmation.

Thanks. Yes, I understood the literal meaning but I was wondering about the implications of that - what does it mean in the context of my case? why did it took more than 10 days? Perhaps need more information? Can they take longer than 10 days? If so, How long he can take to decide if it is pending?

Cheers

It's quite usual for the judge to take some time to reach a decision.

Thank you. But he said we will get the decision within 10 days; and in the tribunal web too it has mentioned the same time frame.

Anyway, again another wait which is killing me!

Cheers
