why are you worried about payslips?

Every single company prints their payslips differently.

I never got a letter from accountant for payslips for my FLR M, just sent the printed payslips.

From the guide

(1) an original payslip,

(2) on company-headed paper, or

(3) accompanied by a letter from the applicant's Sponsor, on company headed paper and signed by a senior official, confirming the payslip is authentic.

It's for my wife's application. As her spouse i need to provide documents showing 18600 a year. I plan to take my 6 months statements which was emailed to me monthly, i had to print it myself via email

To prove its authentic, i asked the company to write a letter to confirm this

My question was, is the info in the letter sufficient enough or will i have to ask the company to provide more info in the letter e.g each monthly net pay, gross pay etc

The requirements for FLR(m) have changed since you applied, the specified evidence must meet what is required as per Appendix FM

To be certain, I would have the company write the payslip date and gross amount for each of the 6 payslips on the letter.

It is gross pay which is used in the calculation, other than that looks ok. Though, I would put, mr xxxx and your address and NI number on too.

It;s Gross Pay should be shown in your Employer's letter. Why do you want to show monthly salaries? If you have Pay slips,Bank statements and P 60s are sufficient.

Because as per the specified evidence in appendix fm, the applicant must have a letter for each payslip that is not headed with company details.

Thanks D4109125 & Kevin24

So for each payslip, employer will provide a sample letter similar to this

To whom it may concern,

Mr xxxx xxxxx
Address xxxxxxxx
NI xxxxxxxxx

This is to confirm the Pay Slip attached with this letter is true and authentic copy as per our Pay Roll records

£xxxx Gross Paid in the Month/Year Nov-12

Please do not hesitate to contact me for any further assistance

Sincerely,
xxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxx
Director

Then do the same for the other 5 months?

Lastly, does the payslip need to be stamped and signed by employer?

That's more than enough as you'll be enclosing a letter from the company to state your annual salary too.
