Hi there
I have a question in 2008 I was refused hsmp while on student visa, the reason for refusal being they couldn't contact my employer. Post that I had applied 4 times and got my visa extended but I forgot abt the refusal and never mentioned it . Few days I was sorting out my paper work and found the refusal . I will mention it in my ILR but ll it ve an impact ?

As long as you were not refused for deception then you should be fine.

Agreed. Isn't it adviseable to mention the refusal if it has no bearing on his ILR?

Thanks a lot for the quick reply, it was refused as they could not contact my employer though my old employer stated he never Recieved any calls or fax for verification.
Thank you once again much appreciated.
