If flrm approved for 30months when to apply set m

Hi guys I have received my wife's flrm approved last week I have got her documents today which says she can apply for her settlement after stay of 60 months. She has been here with me since 2009 as a psw depenedent and 3years as teir 1 general dependent partner.i got my ilr on basis of long term residence we have applied for her flrm on 21/03/2013 got it approved on 21/05/2013 .i wanted to apply for set m and booked her appointment for next week at Croydon office.after reading the previous posts on this forum last year and until now I was sure I can apply for set m straight after her flrm without waiting further as she has been here with me as a PBS dependent.but today I received her documents which says she has to apply for flrm extension to qualify for settlement.now what to do?can I still apply next week for set m or not?i did get few responses previously but still not convinced after seeing the approval letter today?please help me out guys anyone in similar situation. SOrry for asking the same thing again and again.
