ILR - Can it be cancelled for a seperated spouse

my case is a bit complicated me and my wife got ILR and my child in pakistan got a call in letter from British High Commission after dependent VISA appeal is allowed .

Now due of a minor dispute my wife is seperated from me. I think she was waiting for the ILR to be approved but can i cancel her ILR now as she been so selfish to me ??

obviouse i need almost 6 - 12 month to arrange for the child care in the UK . can i write to the British High Commision to give us this time ???will they allow us that time ? how much time u get once you receive a call in letter from high commision

please help as i am very worried

No. She has ILR for the UK.

I understand that you are hurt by what has happened, but there is no reason for you to be selfish in return, otherwise you are no better than her. You two do have a child together. Don't do something you will regret later.

I suggest you let the ILR issue go and focus on your childs well-being.
