Hi All,

I am stuck on filling out some questions on my Settlement / ILR Application.

Find below some questions I can't understand or answer appropriately.

1.1 - Title (Should this be Miss, since the Passport is in the maiden name) or would we have this as Mrs. because Me and my Spouse have married?

How long has your partner lived in the UK - Since he is a British Citizen, would we write the DOB or just Since Birth would be OK

Details of Relationship

2.1 When did you first meet your partner?
Would I write: The first time I was introduced in Date Format or the approximate year,
(I saw my future partner in 2009 two times in the same year
2.2 - Where did you first meet?
I wrote Africa, since my Spouse was met here
2.3 - When did your relationship begin
I wrote the day he proposed, although we married 7 months later

BUT Q2.2 needs some clarification please

Contact with your partner
2.5 How long have you been living in a relationship
IS THIS THE POINT WE STAYED IN THE UK AS HUSBAND AND WIFE or since we were married in the country of Origin (Africa)
2.6 When did you begin living together
THIS IS THE DATE I ARRIVED IN THE UK ON THE SPOUSE/SETTLEMENT VISA right?

ALSO

What kind of question is :

2.9 - Could you and your partner live outside of the UK if neccessary?
MY ANSWER WOULD BE NO, BECAUSE MY SPOUSE COMES FROM THE UK, AND CANT LIVE ANYWHERE ELSE, WHAT IS THIS QUESTION TRYING TO ASSUME?

Marriage and Civil Partnerships
2.17 - What type of wedding was your wedding/civil partnership
I WAS MARRIED IN A COURT IN AFRICA, so what is the type of wedding?

Hope someone can answer the points on SET(M) I just need further clarification against.

Please provide rationale behind each point, THE GUIDANCE NOTES FOR SET(M) don't seem to explain each question unless someone can direct me.
ALL HELP IS APPRECIATED
