Query regarding ILR for Tier 2 dependent Visa

Hi,

I am currently on a Tier 2 Dependent VISA and wanted to apply for my ILR. I though am not sure if and when I would be eligible to apply and hence appreciate if my case details below could be reviewed and advised accordingly please.

1) I entered UK for the first time on 29th Jun 2011 on a Tier 2 Dependent VISA.
2) My husband recently applied for ILR and his application was successful. I had gone along with my husband for his ILR application and was advised by the caseworker that I need not apply for my ILR till my current VISA expires (on 15th Jan 2014).

I had the following leaves of absences from the UK till date since the time I entered.
- 45 days in 2011
- 11 days in 2012
- 100 days in 2013

As per the ILR application guidelines for a Dependent, I am unable to find precise information about leaves of absences and 2 year period of continuous stay.

I would be grateful if someone could advise on the following:
- What is the maximum period that I could stay outside UK before still being eligible to apply for my ILR?
- When is the earliest I could apply for my ILR?
- In case there is a limit on the period of absences from UK, what is the exact period?
- Lastly, what are the supporting documents that I need to produce for my ILR application?

Regards,
dkc

See answers below.

I would be grateful if someone could advise on the following:
What is the maximum period that I could stay outside UK before still being eligible to apply for my ILR?
[A] There isn't any strict consideration or rules written about the exact absences allowed for persons applying for ILR from dependent visa
When is the earliest I could apply for my ILR?
[A] You can apply for your ILR before your current leave to remain expires
In case there is a limit on the period of absences from UK, what is the exact period?
[A] As above
Lastly, what are the supporting documents that I need to produce for my ILR application?
[A] You can take as many as co-habilation documents to prove that you were associated with your partner as their dependent.

Also, please note that all the cases are different and are purely depends upon CW's decision. Whatever is advised are pure suggestions and are based on real experience but doesn't gurantee the success.
