WP to ILR tomorrow

Hi All,
Its my turn now to fill the application and catch up with last minute stuff.
I am currently on WP EC date 18-6-2008, entered UK 14-7-2008 (nearly after a month). I think my qualifying period starts from the date of EC issue. I am WP through out this period and working for the same college.
The SOC code we choose is 3111 (NQF level 3) and i am well above the salary required.
I think i have all the necessary document (original WP, 3 months bank statement, 3 months payslips, letter from the college HR, letter from the department administration regarding annual leave (80 days in the last 5yrs), 5yr p60, etc...).
Please help me to fill this details
My PEO is solihull Could some one explain how this PEO office is???
Section 6.1 when did you first enter UK: I have to enter the EC date or the real date i first entered UK???
Section 7.11 How have you lived in the UK. I have to put 4 yrs 11 months or 4yrs 10 months???
In page 46 SET O form, this is what it says ""f the applicant or any dependant included included on this application is under the age of 16 please complete questions 13, 14, 15 and 16. If not please go to question 17.""
Why Included is twice ????

My PEO is solihull Could some one explain how this PEO office is???
This is a small PEO office, you would get face to face discussion with CW
and only need to provide documents asked for.
Very friendly and nice environment.
Section 6.1 - Actual date of entry and Not EC
7.11
Total time from entry to UK and till now, so 4 years 10+
This is a typo, it should be just one included

Wish you Good Luck on your PEO appointment. It's a very nice PEO very friendly staff.Give the documents CW asks for not every thing. That's how I did.

6.1 - The first date you entered UK
7.11 I put it as 4 years 11 months.
Is page 46 applicable to you or not?

1) SET O form
2) Life in UK
3) letter from HR with SOC code, salary, still need for the job etc...
4) Annual leave letter from department administrator
5) Original WP letter
6) Bank statement
7) Online pay slip stamped and signed by pay role and administrators
5 year p60
9) peo appointment letter.
photo copy all the above documents.
Do i need any thing more than this??? please let me know.

i am taking 12 months bank statements and 12 months payslips

check the SET O form again whether any thing is missing. All the Best. Post your experience.CW asked only few documents from me when I went to Solihull.

Mate! You would be able to apply for British Citizenship after 1 year. Look up in the British Citizenship Forum for details. No partys celeberating you getting your ILR?

Any time party, Kevin. Also, tried to look at a lot on UKBA but the one year timeframe could not find, also forum has got so much, kindly advise.
