Hi,

Please suggest me on my case, it's urgent.

I have applied for ILR ON Birmingham PEO on tier 1 general yesterday , and they have given me Further enquiry letter.

Mine and my dependents visa valid till 29 June 2013

1) I did not apply for my dependents along with me , so what visa should I apply for them now as their visa expires on 29th June but I have further enquiry letter only with me.

2). If I change my address , can I update the new address, because my current rental contact ends 20th June, so have to move to new home.

3) any idea on time scale , do they reply before my visa expires.

hmm that is difficult one. What kind of inquiry they asked for.

is it they want some more evidences. with regards to change address there is a number or address where you can tell them the new address.

I dont have that information but you can definitely find this information on the internet somewehre
