FLR M for dependant??

Hiya,
My wife is on PBS dependant visa(as on her biometric card) valid until March 2015. Her initial entry to UK is on Apr 2012 as Tier 1 dependant and we both got our visa(Tier 1 + dependant) extended in March 2013.
I recently applied for ILR and got it approved. Should my wife apply for FLR(M) now or is she ok with PBS dependant and wait till Apr 2014 to qualify for Settlement(2 years since she entered UK before July 2012 rule changes)?
She wants to travel to India next month, will it be a problem when she returns because of my ILR status?
