ILR Eligibility --- please advice

Hi,
I got my visa approval on 01 Aug 2008 but stamped from 16 Aug 2008 till 01 Aug 2011 (16 days less)
Extension - 26 Aug 2011 - 26 Aug 2013
Please can anybody advice me from which date onward s i am eligible to apply for ILR?
i have already blocked the appointment on 05/07/2013 (is it correct date)?

Which visa are you on? What do you mean by '16 days less'? Can you not take date post Aug'2013, if you have doubts?

I think you are asking about the completion of five year ?
If so you should count your days from the stamp date to the 5 year.In this case your eligibility for 5 years will be 16th Aug, 2013( if this is on your passport ). You could apply 28 days before that date so your earliest application date would be 20th July 2013.

Hi,
16 days less is not a problem. Infact, the UKBA has a particular clause, wherein it is acceptable for a time period of 3 months gap from the date of visa issue and the date of arrival in the UK. (In our case there was a gap of about 2 months and this information was given to us by our solicitor).
Your qualifying period starts from 16 Aug 2008 till 16 Aug 2013. However you can apply 28 days before 16 Aug 2013, i.e.; 20th/22nd July 2013.
