I have a query on how soon can I apply for my ILR? Can someone please advise?

I got my Work Permit on Aug 1, 2008 and I entered UK on Aug 9, 2008. My company then applied for my extension on Nov 26, 2008 and I got my extension stamped on my passport on Feb 10, 2009. I then got my tier 1 on June 9, 2010 with an extension on 12 March 2012 and my current leave expires on June 9, 2015. I have been out of the country for not more 50 days through the span of 5 years. Can someone please confirm how early can I apply for my ILR, a date would be much preferable?

You should be elligible 28days from your intial start date of Visa.

Hi pgaitonde,

Your qualifying period starts from Aug 9 2008 till Aug 9 2013 (5 years).

Therefore, you can apply anytime starting from Aug 9 2013 until June 2015 (your Tier1 Visa expiry date).

However you are eligible to apply 28 days before Aug 9th 2013, i.e;13th/15th July 2013.
