My husband has completed 10 years of stay in UK. Now he is eligible to apply for indefinite leave to remain. I have been in this country as his dependant since last 9 years.
Can I apply indefinte leave to remain with him? If anyone could help this query to me pls. Thanks

If your husband is applying for ILR on the basis of long residence SET(LR), you cannot apply with him and will need to apply on FLR(M) once his ILR is granted and once you receive FLR(M), apply for ILR on SET(M) immediately.

What visa do you have at present?

If you can last until your have been here continuously and legally for 10 years you can apply for set(lr) as opposed to having to go flr(m) then set(m). Moreover, if your spouse is eligible to apply as a 5 year pbs with set(o) you can apply together providing you meet the requirements.
