Hi

By 22nd of August 2013, I would have spent 5yrs since i came to the UK. Please when can i book my PEO appointment and can I book it now?

If you have come with in 90 days of our EC date you could apply for your ILR 28 days before 22nd August. You could book a PEO appointment 42 days before 22/08.

Entry Clearance (HSMP): 26/03/08 until 26/03/10
Entered UK: 23/08/08 (5months later)
Resident Permit (Tier1): 09/09/10 (Took about 4months to renew due to initial refusal due to funds which I had outside the country) until 09/09/13

Ideally if my renewal was successful the first time, i would have had to apply for my ILR earlier in the year (March).

As it is, when should I apply now based on the 90days clause.

Since you have not entered UK with in 90 days. Your ILR clock starts from the date you entered uk.

I get it now.Ok your ILR clock starts from 22/08/2008 and ends on 22/08/2013. So you could apply 28 days before 22/08/2013.

42 days before 22nd July. So you are eligible to book since from start of this week.

Thanks for message. Yes, I was busy with projects and not logged in for a while. I am applying for my ILR around 29th July using my company solicitor through PEO, as I need to travel regularly out of UK after August. Waiting for confirmation from the solicitor on appointment date. It would be most probably at PEO office. I will list the documents I will be using (based on my solicitor's advice) and also share my experience.

If you are going to use a Solicitor it's good to go to Croydon. Once you list the documents we will check and comment. I got My ILR at Solihull PEO,last month. I did post My experience( Page 4 today). Good to hear from you. Glad that you are O.K.

Yes, the plan is to apply at Croydon as some of my colleagues has successfully obtained ILR at Croydon using same corporate solicitor.

OK can't you do it by your self. Why waste money on a Solicitor? I saved £1000 Solicitor Fess,by doing every thing My self. If you read My Experience, I hope it could be of some guidance for you to prepare your case.
