Swithing Job after 5 yrs on TIER2ICT to TIER2 Gen : ILR Q

Hi ,
Question first : Completed 5 yrs in Tier 2 ICT with a company in the UK.
However they are quite reluctant to give me the letter of employment / requirement etc as needed for ILR.
I am getting a sponsor for Tier 2 general who is willing to sponsor me .
Q1 .. Will this switch in sponsor impact my ILR application ?
Q2. How long do I have to wait with this new sponsor before I can apply for ILR.
History of Visa etc
25th-apr-2008 entered UK first time with WP.
extended with in UK Dec -2008 ( Tier 2 ICT).
Extended within UK Jun - 2009 ( Tier 2 ICT).
Extended outsite UK Dec -2009 Tier 2 ICT) ( extension from India ).
(visa was valid till 14-jan2010 when I applied from India).
Extended from within the UK for all the remaining occasions.
Total Number of Paid leave / annual holidays less than 120 days.
