Hi

I noticed when I selected Tier1 service this morning, I only got dates between 15th - 19th July which falls outside the 28days rule but when I selected Set(O) service, I am getting just the 29th of July.

Am I correct to say Set(O) service is the correct one for my ILR booking?

Yes That's what I did. SET (O) form.Booked 7 days before visa Expiry. if you are not sure phone /send them an E-mail and check for yourself.

Thanks Kev, i am booking within 28days before I hit the 5yr mark even though by visa expires early sept 2013.

I will try and call them.
