Can anyone please advice me on below topic.

I am on ILR. My wife also got recently FLRM on 12-06-13. My solicitor has received her biometric card. Since then my solicitor has not received her passport and documents yet. its over 1 week since we received biometric.

I am just wondering why we havent got yet her passport and docs yet. I am planning apply her on ILR once we receive her passport.

As we need to travel to india next month.

I am just wondering is there any way to get her passport and docs soon.

It usually takes only 2-3 working days...isnt it??

Possible delayed in the post. I would query it with the Home Office to confirm if they have post the document out.

call them, they might give you tracking number, anyway when did u apply for your wife flr (m) and how long did it took ?
