Do I have to pass language course to apply for ILR?

Hi,
I am here in this country since 9.5 years.
My husband is on ILR now.
Our all 3 children born in UK and once my husband got ILR they got British Passport.
Now I have to apply for ILR in December 2013.

Question:

Do I have to pass language course and Life in the UK to apply for ILR?I have bachelors degree(BACHELORS IN COMPUTER SCIENCE ) from Pakistan, will it work?Do I have to pass language course KOL??

Yes LIUK.

Yes English, unless you have a degree taught in English.

UKBA have changes the rules, after October 2013 you need to pass both LIUK and Language test.

hi guru if someone has master degree from uk university thn in that case he still need b1 course ??
