ILR Success - Croydon PEO - 5 year work permit

I had my appointment a couple of weeks back but did not get a chance to report it until now.
Case: 5 year WP, Single employer with dependent
Big concern before ILR - Bank balance. I barely had £100 in savings and my account was regularly overdrawn.
I will leave out the usual bits (Security, Payment etc.). From the time of Case registration to Final decision, it took approximately 3 hours. Croydon PEO is very efficient.
Passport and Immigration documents
1.Passports
2.Photos
Employment related
3.Original work permit issued in 2008
4.Employer letter
5.Schedule of absences speardsheet
Financials
6.Original bank statements for prev 12 months
7.Payslips for 12 months
8.P60s covering the past 5 years of employment
9.HMRC tax letters - I only had for 4 years - did not have one for the current year since it gets issued only in July/Aug every year.
Marriage / Cohabitation documents
10.Original marriage certificate
11.Original council tax statements
12.NHS Cards
13.NHS letters
14.Spouse’ bank statements
15. Life insurance statement with both our names
Other Supporting documents
16.English – Original pass notifications of Life in the UK test
17.Original degree certificates – This was given back during 1st step i.e. Case registration. The person told me that this was not needed
No other questions asked. Everything else was straight forward.
Thanks for your support

Hi WP2008,
Firstly, congratulations on you ILR!
I just have a small query. Did you submit any letter from your employer stating number of UK absences (whether work related or not)
I am due ILR soon and have been away from the UK for just over 3 months in the last 5 years. These holidays were all non-work related so I am not sure if a letter from employer is needed?
Thanks in advance.
Regards,

Regards,
Yes. I had about 60 days in total, both business and personal holidays. I wrote it up and requested my HR (nicely) to include it in their reference letter & they obliged

Did you submit all the Cohab documents by yourself or did CW ask for some?

On my own. Please go through Section-11 of Set (O) form. Use your judgement
Good luck
