Hi All,
I came to uk as student on sep 2006
I applied for HSMP and i got approval letter on 31 january 2008
and i posted by passport for stamping and the visa was issued on 12 aug 2008 and exp date as 1 august 20011
later i extended my visa and exp is 1 aug 2013
now i booked PEO for SET (0) on july 8th 2013
i am confused while filling the application the date my visa is on 12 august 2008, so by what date i am eligible for settlement. if some one can advise me so that i can post pone my appointment or i can still go on 8 july
please advise... i am really confised
