Hi ,
I'm applying ILR under tier 2 category and in the employer reference letter my salary mentioned is more than what was their in COS . My payslip is in sync with salary mentioned.

Is this a problem ?
Salary in employer reference letter should match excatly what is mentioned in COS ?

Can someone please check and confirm.

More salary means more tax, you should be fine.
Salary must meet the minimum level but your SOC code and job title should also match, in case they accidentally promoted you.

Thanks! The only concern was more salary than COS. Yes it meets the minimum crieteria. My SOC code and job title matches exactly with certificate of sponsership.
