Advise Needed on this please.

I am currently in UK on Tier1 (General)
I am going to be applying for my ILR at the end of July using form Set(O)

My wife is currently my depandant and she qualifies for ILR as well.

We both will be applying at the same time.
the Question is which form do i fill for her .
