Hello guys

Need help, we got our ILR now and need advise as to how to go ahead with the naturalisation of our children?

Please guide as I dont know anything about this process....

Well this should be in the citizenship forum.

Where were you children born? If not in the UK, do they have ILR?

Well this should be in the citizenship forum.

Yes they r born in UK hence we didnt aplied for their ILR.

Will chck citizenship forum as well

Yes they r born in UK hence we didnt aplied for their ILR.

Then as you are now settled (granted ILR) they are entitled to register as British immediately by virtue of section 1(3) of the British Nationality Act on form MN1. I assume that non of the children were born after either parent was issued ILR.

I did post a question on Citizenship forum now..

However both children born in UK before we received our ILR.
