Hi,

I am in UK since 2008 and is eligble for ILR on first week of august. i am in ICT until 19th July (visa runs out on 1st August) but will be having Tier 2 General from 22nd July. I cannot join my next company on 20th as 20th and 21st are weekend. Will the gap of two days have any impact on my ILR eligibility?

I don't see the issue here. However, you can apply from 28 days before your 5 years period is up.
