Hi. My wife arrived in UK on Tier1 dependent visa in September 2011 and in march 2012 I was granted ILR under 10 year long residence rule and applied for wife's spouse visa using FLR(M) form in June 2012 (old rules applied then 2years) and this was successful and she was granted spouse visa in November 2012.

Question is when she will be eligible for ILR. in September 2013 (2 years in uk) or in November 2014 (2 years after spouse visa)?

Will her time in uk as tier1 dependent count towards ILR?

Yes, you combine the pbs dep time with that of flr(m) as per immigration rule 287(a)(i)(d). Thus, she can apply (set(m)) from 28 days before the 2 year qualification period is up. Subject to meeting the other requirements (click)
