Which form/documents to send for 10y long residence ILR?

I have been living in UK on a student visa since August 2002. In August 2012 I applied for ILR (form SET(O)) on grounds of Lawful Long Residence (10 years), but, as I did not have Life in UK test certificate (I did not have any ID to pass it at that time) UKBA granted me a leave to remain for 2 years. I will pass my Life in UK test this week and I want to send a new application strait away for ILR as in the notice of decision it was said that I am eligible to apply for ILR as soon as I will have Life in UK test certificate. Now I am a bit confused which form to send - is it a new SET (LR) form? Do I need to send all the same documents again proving that I have been continuously living in UK for last 10 years? Thanks.

Yes to both questions, I think.

Thanks, Vinny. Could any seniors confirm that as it seems Vinni is not 100% sure.

Yes you need to complete set(lr) and yes send the same proof. Explain that you were granted flr and have now met the KOLL requirements. I expect your decision will be quicker as they will have already established that you pass the 10 year test, sending the documents again though will delay any doubts.

OK. Thank you very much. Is it possible to pay for the SET (LR) form by my friend's debit/credit card? Last time I paid by postal orders but it costed me £100 more...

Providing they sign, make sure your friend is trust worthy.
