hi all,

hope you're all enjoying the sunshine. had a quick question, I'm applying for my settlement visa which expires in october. my husband works in london and I live in yorkshire with my in laws. so for the last 2 years my husband has been commuting every weekend to see me. we live together every friday, saturday and sunday.

on the application form i'm not sure what to write in the contact with your partner section. i've written the questions which i'm struggling with below,

do you and your partner currently live together?
how often do you see (meet) your partner?
have you lived with your partner permantly in the UK since being granted temporary leave as a partner?

any help would be appreciated

kind regards

gem

do you and your partner currently live together?

Yes, but also complete 2.7 indicating that your husband works in London Mon_Fri and it is not feasible to travel up during the week.

how often do you see (meet) your partner?

Fri-Sun each week (husband works Mon-Fri in London).

have you lived with your partner permantly in the UK since being granted temporary leave as a partner?

Yes, but again in the no box below indicate as above.

Use the Settlement Checking Service (click) if you're not using PEO which should expedite the application.

It be unwise to apply in person through a PEO as your application won't be considered as 'straightforward'.
