Hi All,
I am a bit confused here.
I am going for our PEO application next week. I am using SET(O) form and I was wondering if any one of you can answer the following questions please.
1. Do I need to show the cohabitation documents and how many?
2. Is it necessary to show previous travel tickets?
3. Is P60 compulsory?
Regards

Since your last visa extension, upto a maximum of 2 years, you should provide a joint letter or one each for every 4 month period. The types of letters that are acceptable are bank statements, utility bills, credit card statements, hmrc letters etc.......

It's the date of the letters which are important, you should use Originals.

Thanks for your reply.
Could you also confirm the documents which are accepted.
I am going to provide -
1. Bank statements from Lloyds (Join account)
2. Bank statements from Halifax (Joint Account)
3. Tenancy agreement.
I do have the council tax bills and other bills but since we moved our flat we do not have them in continuation.
Regards

Seems good, throw in a couple of council tax invoices if you can. So for the last two years, assuming the last extension was then, for every 4 months put a letter in, the total should be from three sources which you seem to have.

Thanks a lot!
Can I give printed and stamped bank statements? I do not have the original, but I can get the printed versions stamped from the branch.
Thanks

Is P60 compulsory during the application? If you do not have P60 what else can be given?

Hi,
Have the cohabitation documents needs to be submitted for my wife or it should be for both of us ? I wanted to clarify since I was confused about this. I have letters on my name and my wife have some for her and just wanted to know both set of documents needs to be submitted or only the documents on her name would suffice ?
