Cohabitation doc for wife

Hi
Can I present my spouse bank statement as proof of cohabitation and if so should I submit for the whole 2 yrs or just pick 3 months apart

Hi,
Just 3 months apart should be fine. but if you have all of them please take with you.
Also i believe you might be submitting some other documents as evidence on both of your names .
like Council Tax / Utility bill / HMRC letters / Tenancy agreements / Voter registration cards etc.

Under what basis are you applying for ILR? A spouse with set(m) or pbs dep with set(o)?

Then since the last time the PBS dep extension was given up to a maximum of 2 years you need cohabitation documents. If this is 2 years, for roughly every 4 months you should be aiming for a joint letter or one each from a total of 3 or more different sources. Bank statements, HMRC letters, credit card statements, utility bills, hospital letters are but a few examples. If less than 2 years, just try to spread the letters evenly.
