Hello All,

Finally i decided to appying from Tier1 general to ILR and i have my appointment next week, but i have few questions i hope seniors and the experienced members can answer better.

1. I will be applying with three dependents (spouse + 2 kids born in Uk)

As part of cohabitation documents since my wife had the below on her name from
August 2011 till March 2013 Lloyds tsb statements + BT Bill + NHS correspondance+ provisional driving licence + tenancy Agreement

From March 2013 to July 2013 Joint account from Nation wide

Will the above be sufficient or Need more ?

2. For my both the kids born in Uk what documents do i have to submit ?

3.About 180 day absence i was out of countyr for 169 days all on paid holiday i had requested my previous employer to issue me a letter i was on holiday he had issued it but only mentioned teh year and month no exact dates is this acceptable?

Can i attach the stamped dates from my Passport along with the previous employer issued holiday letter ?

I appereciate you Valualble replies.

Thank you

They are okay, but you have to provide other bills/bank statements on your name covering these dates

From March 2013 to July 2013 Joint account from Nation wide

Will the above be sufficient or Need more ?

If the kids are not travelling, you can apply for registration for children as british citizen plz check

Were these holidays taken in successions or at a stretch, if successions create an excel sheet with dates in/out of UK and explain this in the covering letter the reason for absence.

Can i attach the stamped dates from my Passport along with the previous employer issued holiday letter ?

Yes, please detail this in the covering letter
