Hi

My HR has asked me to provide them a sample letter as guide for them to provide me an employer letter.

I know I would need 2 letters, one for absence for only 3days for the past continuous 5yrs and one for earning proof.

Can the 2 be combined into one and if so is there any sample i can use from this forum.

Anyone able to help. I only have till next week b4 the D-Day

They are not too concerned about a letter. Just get the HR to draft a simple letter stating absences dates xx and yy were paid holidays or whatever the reason was.
