Pretty much covers everything for the two years like bank statements credit card and energy bills quarterly NHS letters monthly

If this is for set(m) it's way too much.

For roughly every 4 months of the last 2 years one joint letter or one each from at least 3 different sources will suffice. Together with 3 months wage slips and corresponding bank statements.

I forget I'm submitting P60s and 6 months payslips from me and letter to say I'm employed by work. Have to take infant because were staying overnight in Solihull so I suppose she's a good reason to let my wife stay best interest of the child / human rights.

If your wife meets the criteria for set(m) there is nothing more to it, she doesn't have to show a human rights case. I'm assuming she's completed the LIUK or it's equivalent?

It was something I saw in the rules that the childs interest has to be taken into account when deciding an application that's all , I don't trust the system that's all and the way your treated guilty and have to prove innonce or worthy to stay here !,

Where was the child born? What was the immigration status of both parents when the child was born?

Child born in UK. I'm British by birth too it was just how could they remove a mother who has a baby, I was just having a go at the system no offence but it will always be stressful!
