Questions regarding SET(M) form Version 04/2013

Hi,
I'd like to ask whether my husband, who is about to apply for his ILR on the SET(M) form after being on a spouse visa for 2 years should fill in section 2B -( Your relationship to your partner) or leave it out and move onto section 4 since we were already married when he was granted a spouse visa?
Also, in section 8 - Your home and finances they are asking about my monthly net income which is different every month due to me working as a full-time temp. Am I to calculate my monthly income based on my previous p60 or...?
Many thanks.

Yes you've got to fill in 2B.

Just give an average monthly Net wage based on the 3 months before you apply as you need to supply the last 3 months wage slips and bank statements. Consider using the Settlement Checking Service (click),

Hi Amber,

Thanks for your reply. If we do have to fill in section 2.b in which they are asking us to give our addresses for the last 2 years and then once again in section 7 they are asking for all our addresses apart from the one that we wrote down in section 1.13 are we supposed to fill in section 7 only or do we have to start listing our addresses in section 2.b and then carry on with the rest in section 7?
Also, we've moved 5 times during these past 2 years. How should we spread out our documents? If we only lived on one of the addresses for 3 weeks would one document addressed to both of us do? My hubby's appointment is this Thursday therefore we have no time to use the Settlement Checking Service.:(

For roughly every 4 months of the 2 year period, you should have one joint letter or a letter each from a total of at least 3 different sources. The addresses should be the same for each of the individual letters (if you don't have joint ones).
