From 28 days before your qualification date, bare in mind the 3-month entry concession.

Tier 2 Intra-company transfers (ICT) granted under the rules in place before 6 April 2010 (paragraph 245GF) is five year continuous lawful period in the UK. The entry concession means that if entry was within 90 days of visa start date you can use the visa start date as the starting period of the 5 years.

I am applying for ILR at end of December from Tier 2 (Intra company transfer). My child born in Uk in this October. I am applying for her Indian Passport which I can get before my ILR application. We wanted to retain our baby Indian passport. So can I apply for my baby ILR along with mine in same application.
Thanks

Do you want your child to become British? If so, the child will be entitled to register as British by virtue of section 1(3) BNA as soon as you are granted ILR.

Hi,
At the moment I don't want my child to be british. We wanted to keep her Indian passport.
Thanks,
