[HELP PLEASE!!]Whether my Wife and Kid Needs different VISA

Hi,
I have questions whether my wife and kid needs VISA? based on the following.
1. Currently I hold a Tier 2 ICT VISA (Living in UK)
2. My wife and kid (still live in India) hold a dependent Tier 2 ICT long term VISA (in India received in April 2013 valid until Nov 2014).
3. Now I am eligible for ILR.
4. If I apply and get ILR now, then
a) do they need a different type of dependent VISA?
b) if yes, then what type of VISA?
