Hello Gurus,

I am eligible for ILR by November 2013, and my visa in current Tier 1 status goes till 2015 , same for my wife and kid. I am planning to take my wife only to ILR when i apply for and then when we both got ILR , planning for citizenship of my kid. Does anyone foresee or had any problems in keeping kid's visa status as Tier 1 dependant? before i could apply for his citizenship.

Where was the child born? If in the UK then should be no problem.

Can any one point to me the required documents for ILR (Main applicant and Dependant). If you could point to me some link that is very much appreciated.

Thanks again for the reply, can you clarify do i need to produce any letter for my absence in uk which is around 60 days. It is not work related absence, i went to home land for personal reasons during the above said days, it is not continuous. 60 days is in span of 3 breaks. I have to mention those 60 days are part of my annual leave. I can see in section 6.2 it elaborates that you have to get a work - related absence certificate including paid holidays, but does not tells me how long should the absence be.

Absences of less than 180 in any 12 month should be accepted without a letter,
