Hi All,

What happens if the CW is not happy with co-habitation evidence but happy with rest of application?

I'm due for a PEO appointment on 30th July.

I'm applying for myself+wife and our child.

I have all my documents apart from employer letter for absenses (absences 133 in last 5 years) and just wondering what happens if CW is not happy with co-habitation evidence?

Will they reject all application?

Will they give ILR to me and child but extension for wife?

Will they send us back with further enquiry letter?

Please share if you had any exp with PEO appointments in that case.

Thanks,
Pav

To avoid such a scenario, make sure your cohabitation proof is sufficient.

I called the UKBA croydon enquiries contact number the lady answered said they would only reject the wifes application and ask her to submit a seperate application for extending her stay as PBS dependent.

I'm calling them again to see some one else answers has the same view or different.
